We took our almost 6 year old here to get his first ear lobe piercings. We wanted to wait until he was old enough to ask for his ears to be pierced. We also wanted to avoid the traditional piercing guns. We finally found Rowan that is a kid-friendly piercing shop. We drove from Broward and it was well worth it. The shop is curated nicely, very bright and beautiful. Jordan did an awesome job of making my son feel comfortable. He followed all the instructions provided by Jordan and it was done in less than 2 minutes. After undergoing 2 hydro facials and laser resurfacing treatments at Laser Med spa in Coconut Grove, I am very pleased with the results. The technicians are pleasant and proficient in their work. However, the receptionist lacks friendliness and knowledge. When I inquired about reducing the intensity of the room scent, her response was dismissive, stating, “I don’t notice it.” As someone highly sensitive to odors, I must emphasize that it is overwhelming and lacks subtlety. I had to step outside to prevent an asthma attack. As a resident of Grove, I strive to support local businesses.
