I had a $200 hair appointment today that left me dissatisfied. I did thorough research before choosing this salon and stylist for my hair transformation. Despite booking in advance and confirming my requirements, the service did not meet my expectations. The stylist did not follow the agreed plan, resulting in a hair color that was far from what I desired. The overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon for anyone seeking a bleach service.
