After recently relocating to the area, I was unsure where to go. Fortunately, I stumbled upon a hidden gem! The staff was friendly and hospitable. The nail tech, Holly, was fantastic! She did an exceptional job on my nails and also on my daughter's. We both had overlays done and loved the outcome! I will definitely be returning. The salon has a classy and inviting ambiance. 💅🏼💗
I am extremely satisfied with the result. Christine was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She consistently made sure I was pleased with each step. This is my second visit since their opening, and I will definitely return.
I discovered this place nearby since I'm new here. Regrettably, the service was quite disappointing. To begin with, the ambiance was pleasant, but the service fell short. I wanted ombré nails with my long natural nails (even the nail tech acknowledged their length). However, during pricing, I was informed to pay extra for medium length. This was perplexing as I questioned why I should pay for a service not being provided. I am willing to pay for services received, but in this case, it was not appropriate. I have a photo of my natural nails for reference. Additionally, I was asked to pay extra for the nail shape I desired (even though my nails were already shaped as I wanted). The experience was unpleasant as the nail tech was also impolite. I ended up only removing what was previously done and left. I do not recommend this place and will not return. To the establishment - it's not just about the money, but if you are charging, ensure it is for the service being delivered.
