I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my hair color here. Despite providing clear references for an ash brown shade, the result turned out to be a completely different yellow-brown hue. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I urge others to exercise caution when considering this salon.
My visit here was a major letdown. The stylist completely disregarded the reference photo I provided, resulting in a hair color that was nowhere near what I wanted. Moreover, the lack of product usage during styling left my hair damaged and frizzy. I would rate this experience as zero stars if possible.
The service was quick and efficient, with the stylist demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
