Purchased two pairs of shoes from this establishment. Denise provides exceptional service. However, I find it peculiar that there is no restroom for children in a store that specializes in children's footwear. My son urgently needed to use the restroom and was denied access, leading to tears. Additionally, my 4-year-old son, who has an allergy and was coughing, was asked to wear a mask because the owner was concerned about her staff falling ill. As a medical professional myself, I explained to the owner that his allergy is not contagious and it would be challenging to make a young child wear a mask. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to shop here.
I thoroughly enjoy bringing my son to this store! Since his first pair of shoes, every experience has been positive. The staff are efficient (which is perfect for young children!) and their expertise in fitting my son's feet is evident. I highly recommend this store.
This was by far one of the most disappointing shopping trips I've had. The store owner was extremely impolite, dismissive, and overly aggressive. I suggest saving your money and visiting naturino in Englewood instead. They offer a much more pleasant experience with excellent customer service.
