- 0 stars. Bait and switch pricing. Paid for $45 spa pedicure and woman never did callous removal which was in the description of the service. Two of her colleagues said she did do it….this was not my first pedicure. I know what should be done for callous removal and it wasn’t. Then, the $5 charge for gel turned into $20. Don’t patronize these rude, lying and attitudinal woman. Dakota is phenomenal! They have been my exclusive waxing specialist and I am a lifelong customer. Their studio is charming and they create a comfortable atmosphere. I usually feel anxious, but Dakota ensures the process is as painless as possible.
