- 0 stars. Bait and switch pricing. Paid for $45 spa pedicure and woman never did callous removal which was in the description of the service. Two of her colleagues said she did do it….this was not my first pedicure. I know what should be done for callous removal and it wasn’t. Then, the $5 charge for gel turned into $20. Don’t patronize these rude, lying and attitudinal woman. We should not spend our dollars at establishments that don’t treat us with excellent service, reputable pricing and general kindness.

Took my cousin here for his birthday and we both left VERY VERY disappointed. I asked for French tips and it looked like a 3 yr old did it & he had the audacity to be upset when I asked him to remove it. He requested French tips as well with a design. The tech would not listen to his shape and thickness preferences and requests. He asked for a base and he did not provide. $80 for the black nails. Yuck. And $45 for the plain clear.
