I adore encountering Shari! The salon's ambiance always leaves me beaming, and the staff's warmth makes my son and me feel truly embraced.
I typically don't voice complaints, but my visit was dreadful. I aimed for a light brown hue but left with a vivid orange/yellow shade. My waist-length hair turned into shoulder-length locks after requesting a minor trim. It seemed like the stylist followed her instincts rather than my wishes. I left the salon in tears, feeling unattractive for 30 minutes. I even messaged her beforehand to discuss my hair's needs.
Tayler styled my hair. Despite my specific instructions, my hair didn't cooperate, leading us to change course. Tayler followed my requests, unlike past experiences where stylists took liberties. I left feeling quite lovely. Saralee, the receptionist, was efficient and cordial. I had a fantastic time and would enthusiastically endorse Tayler.
