I frequent Excel every other week for their massage services. I have a fantastic rapport with my therapist, Maryann. I've also tried some of the other spa services like facials and pedicures. The place is very clean with a pleasant ambiance. The staff is friendly and skilled. Maryann is a miracle worker, and I can't imagine not having her! I adore Judy at the front desk; she's so engaging and always starts a conversation, inquiring about my family.
I've been a loyal client of Sherri for over three decades. Their haircut, highlights, and coloring skills are truly exceptional. People always compliment my hairstyle. Meghon takes care of my gel manicures and pedicures, and her work is superb. I've been a client of hers for many years, and my nails always receive compliments. I make a 30-mile round trip to the salon regularly because the service is that good! I've also witnessed the excellent work of the other stylists at the salon. Excel is spotless, the staff is professional, friendly, and punctual, and they deliver high-quality service at a reasonable price. When I'm there, I feel like I'm at home. They always offer coffee and cookies. Great job, ladies!
I recently had a waxing appointment with Francine, and she was truly wonderful. She ensured my comfort and was very kind. Although she missed a few hairs, I can't fault her because my hair is extremely stubborn, growing in various directions. Overall, I believe she did an outstanding job, and I will definitely continue to see her for my waxing needs.
