I frequently visit this establishment, but regret coming on a Saturday as my nails were completely mishandled. I requested long square acrylics, yet they neglected to trim my cuticles, apply primer, or gel as I had specifically asked for. My nails were uneven and began breaking within 2 days. The service felt rushed, despite their busy weekend schedule. While the staff was kind, the lack of sufficient personnel was evident. I waited nearly 2 hours before they began.
Absolutely adore this salon! Ryan consistently delivers exceptional nail care. He handles my nails and cuticles with great care and politeness. He ensures my satisfaction without rushing through the process. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
I would not even give a single star if possible. I have been a loyal customer for years and enjoyed the service until today. When I brought up a bug issue, the staff laughed and only dealt with one roach, ignoring the other three I mentioned. Their disregard for my discomfort and focus solely on payment was disappointing. Bugs continued to emerge while I was having my toes done, and the staff did nothing beyond squashing them with a shoe and carrying on with the service beside me. They made no effort to address my unease or acknowledge the problem.
