I frequently visit this establishment, but regret coming on a Saturday as my nails were completely mishandled. I requested long square acrylics, yet they neglected to trim my cuticles, apply primer, or gel as I had specifically asked for. My nails were uneven and began breaking within 2 days. The service felt rushed, despite their busy weekend schedule. While the staff was kind, the lack of sufficient personnel was evident.
