My initial visit to this salon was extremely disappointing. The first technician who began my nails did not speak or comprehend English well, causing misunderstandings. I repeatedly expressed my concerns about the size of my thumbnails and the improper shaping. Despite explaining these issues to the subsequent technician for correction, it was evident from their reactions that they did not appreciate constructive feedback. By the time it was time to wash my hands, I had lost all interest. I do not recommend this establishment. Although I received a full gel set, I had to request proper placement of the acrylic bead, as it was visibly low, giving the impression of needing a fill. I had to ask the technician to trim the excess acrylic on the sides and underneath my nails, but their demeanor and body language conveyed annoyance at my requests. This experience left me disheartened; I wanted to support a local business, but the excessive pricing for subpar service was disheartening. *Business Advice* Prioritize exceptional customer service, and customers will gladly pay premium prices. It's all about creating a welcoming and valued experience. A WASTE OF MONEY.
