My appointment began half an hour behind schedule. The nail technician seemed rushed, resulting in uneven nails with missing polish along the edges. When I asked for a correction, she simply painted over the imperfections, leaving a lumpy finish. Additionally, the prices here are steep; I hail from the vicinity of Chicago and pay similar rates there. To add to the disappointment, they used subpar, low-quality nail polish as my nails remained undried over an hour post-service.
