Happy Nails

My appointment began half an hour behind schedule. The nail technician seemed rushed, resulting in uneven nails with missing polish along the edges. When I asked for a correction, she simply painted over the imperfections, leaving a lumpy finish. Additionally, the prices here are steep; I hail from the vicinity of Chicago and pay similar rates there. To add to the disappointment, they used subpar, low-quality nail polish as my nails remained undried over an hour post-service. Rarely do I leave negative reviews, but this establishment falls short of expectations.

I forked out $60 for a nail service that neglected to reach my cuticle, leaving evident bumps. When I requested a redo or removal, I was informed that it would come at an additional cost. Now, I'm stuck sporting these for a whole month. The second image served as my inspiration.

I perused the feedback prior to visiting the salon. Approaching the experience with an open mind, I was pleasantly surprised! Firstly, their rates are quite reasonable. Moreover, the wait time wasn't excessive. I arrived with a design from Pinterest, and they executed it flawlessly. Despite the poor state of my cuticles from biting, my nails look fantastic. Just remember to request some extra attention to the cuticles for an enhanced look. Without a doubt, I will return for future visits!
