My appointment began half an hour behind schedule. The nail technician seemed rushed, resulting in uneven nails with missing polish along the edges. When I asked for a correction, she simply painted over the imperfections, leaving a lumpy finish. Additionally, the prices here are steep; I hail from the vicinity of Chicago and pay similar rates there. To add to the disappointment, they used subpar, low-quality nail polish as my nails remained undried over an hour post-service. I've waited 30 years to cut my hair from upper waist length to a bob haircut. Justin, the owner and hairstylist, was very professional detailed and patient. I highly recommend him. I love my hair!
