- 0 stars. Bait and switch pricing. Paid for $45 spa pedicure and woman never did callous removal which was in the description of the service. Two of her colleagues said she did do it….this was not my first pedicure. I know what should be done for callous removal and it wasn’t. Then, the $5 charge for gel turned into $20. Don’t patronize these rude, lying and attitudinal woman. Dakota is phenomenal! They have been my exclusive waxing specialist and I am a lifelong customer. Their studio is charming and they create a comfortable atmosphere. I usually feel anxious, but Dakota ensures the process is as painless as possible. Our family is respected and hardworking members of the Clinton community, and my daughter has never stolen anything in her life. I adore visiting this salon. Ms. Janice's professionalism is unparalleled. I have tried numerous salons in the region, and this is the second one, after Ms. Shay's, where I feel comfortable. The salon is consistently clean. Ms. Janice is punctual even when I show up unexpectedly (though I try not to make it a habit). I am truly grateful to have found her. Being in her salon is a delightful experience, and each visit leaves me with a deeper understanding of God. I admire her spirit and work ethic. I recommend that whether you are new or familiar with the area, you should visit Ms. Janice. She not only cares for your hair but also explains each step of the process.
