I visited this spot on the recommendation of my sibling. The experience began with a cockroach emerging from beneath a towel on the sink. While bugs are common, I was taken aback. The nail service I received was hasty and lacked attention to detail, despite the lack of a busy schedule. I am greatly displeased that my nails were not buffed or filed properly. The outcome was messy and uneven, not worth the cost. My cuticles are now damaged, and the gel polish on my pedicure is already peeling on three toes. I have no intention of returning.
The only aspect I found satisfactory was the ambiance. Having had gel nails for ten years, I was disappointed when the technician dismissed my concerns about bubbling, assuring me it would be fine once sealed, which was not the case. The nails indeed have bubbles, and within 15 minutes of returning home, my non-dominant hand chipped. I was seeking a new nail salon due to my previous one relocating to Vietnam. I will not be returning, except to have my $30 gel manicure corrected.
