I wasn't sure if I could snag an appointment during the holiday rush, but their online platform was a breeze, and my appointment was set. Bria was absolutely fantastic. She possessed a wealth of knowledge on hair care, and she handled everything herself. Her advice was top-notch, and she suggested a protein treatment. The treatment, along with my wash and curl, was superb. I appreciated that she didn't apply excessive heat to my hair. I visited this spot on the recommendation of my sibling. The experience began with a cockroach emerging from beneath a towel on the sink. While bugs are common, I was taken aback. The nail service I received was hasty and lacked attention to detail, despite the lack of a busy schedule. I am greatly displeased that my nails were not buffed or filed properly. The outcome was messy and uneven, not worth the cost. My cuticles are now damaged, and the gel polish on my pedicure is already peeling on three toes.
