My recent visit was quite disappointing. I entered with a gift voucher for a massage, only to be greeted with impolite and cold behavior from the staff. While I understand the importance of appointments, the lack of professionalism in handling my situation was disheartening. The receptionist appeared irritated and dismissive due to the voucher, creating a negative atmosphere. Instead of a soothing experience, I left feeling irritated and disrespected. I will not be revisiting and do not recommend this establishment for those seeking good customer care.
My time at Sole Haven was delightful. They start with a foot cleanse, followed by gentle massages, hot stones, and hot towels. It's a wonderful blend of treatments. While I would have preferred more pressure during the massage, the overall experience was still worthwhile!
I have visited Peak Sole many times now. It's a tidy place, offering semi-private body massages. The team is fantastic, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I won't disclose my masseuse's name as she's always in demand! Prices are reasonable, and they are open at convenient times. I highly recommend this spot for a top-notch relaxation session.
