I took my (then 4-year-old) daughter for her first haircut during one of their kids' days, and Vida was amazing. She made my daughter feel at ease, had a blast with her, and left her hair looking fantastic. The pricing was reasonable. However, I have to rate this place 2 stars due to a disappointing second encounter that never even happened. When I inquired about setting up an appointment for my daughter's 5th birthday, they simply declined, stating that children under 9 were not allowed except on designated kids' days. They didn't offer an alternative, which was disappointing. We had to find another salon for my daughter's party look as they seemed indifferent to our request, citing their policy that apparently caters more to adult clients. What a missed opportunity.
