Every visit, she works wonders on my curls and provides valuable tips and products for maintaining my hair between appointments. She taught me how to manage my curls so well that I rocked them for ten days straight at that event in the desert. I used to straighten my hair, but now I embrace my natural curls thanks to Analis. My recent visit was quite disappointing. I entered with a gift voucher for a massage, only to be greeted with impolite and cold behavior from the staff. While I understand the importance of appointments, the lack of professionalism in handling my situation was disheartening. The receptionist appeared irritated and dismissive due to the voucher, creating a negative atmosphere. Instead of a soothing experience, I left feeling irritated and disrespected. I took my (then 4-year-old) daughter for her first haircut during one of their kids' days, and Vida was amazing. She made my daughter feel at ease, had a blast with her, and left her hair looking fantastic. The pricing was reasonable. However, I have to rate this place 2 stars due to a disappointing second encounter that never even happened. When I inquired about setting up an appointment for my daughter's 5th birthday, they simply declined, stating that children under 9 were not allowed except on designated kids' days. They didn't offer an alternative, which was disappointing. We had to find another salon for my daughter's party look as they seemed indifferent to our request, citing their policy that apparently caters more to adult clients.
