When I booked, I asked for a French manicure and pedicure, quoted $50. Surprised when billed $60. The technician kept pushing tips and gel, which I declined. I wanted a simple French manicure for my daughter's wedding. The technician didn't listen and applied just one coat of white and top coat for $30! The pedicure followed the same subpar process. The manicure didn't even last 24 hours; had to redo before the wedding. No assistance after, and the service was unfriendly. Can't recommend this salon. Clean, but disappointing. Took photos but nowhere to share. Very let down. First and last visit to Cocoon Clermont.
Alright, let's dive in! Visited for a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. The nail technicians were pleasant, but the quality didn't match the price. The pedicure felt rushed, and while that was happening, another tech started on my fingers at the pedicure station. The pedicure looked patchy. Then, she moved me to her table to apply the dip, but didn't file much. I requested a coffin shape but ended up with thick, uneven nails. The gel on top is already chipping after just 2 days. This was a unique experience for me. The owner should check the employees' work quality; you might lose clients! I won't be returning after one visit. Sadly, over $100 wasted. Don't waste your money!!! AVOID! Let the pictures do the talking, no feet pics though.🙃
Praise for Cocoon Urban Nails Winter Garden. Another fantastic dip set this morning. I'm picky and have tried many salons in town; they're the best. Fair prices and a luxurious salon. Been coming here for 4 months, always getting the best dips lasting 3-4 weeks. Love it there!
