I had been seeing a dermatologist in Leesburg for over a year. The treatment they provided was ineffective. They informed me that they couldn't offer any further help for my condition, except to start me on medication. So, I began searching for another option. That's when I came across Natalia. When I learned about their journey, I discovered that they had faced similar challenges as me at one point. That's when I decided to make an appointment. Best decision ever! Ecstatic to have found Brieanna! Their skills are top-notch! They have elevated my hair in a way no one has in the past two decades of getting highlights. They truly LISTENED and COMPREHENDED my desires, delivering results that left nothing to be desired. After my initial visit, I walked away absolutely ADORE my hair, a rare occurrence for me. The next visit exceeded expectations, surpassing what I thought was already the best. With previous stylists, I always had to "adjust" to the outcome because it never quite matched what I wanted. Finding someone who allows you to leave the chair without dreading the next 2-4 months with a color/shade of blonde you dislike is a gem. I have only ever had my hair trimmed. Long straight thin hair. We talked about the cut and color a lot. Alex definitely knows what they’re doing. When I booked, I asked for a French manicure and pedicure, quoted $50. Surprised when billed $60. The technician kept pushing tips and gel, which I declined. I wanted a simple French manicure for my daughter's wedding. The technician didn't listen and applied just one coat of white and top coat for $30! The pedicure followed the same subpar process. The manicure didn't even last 24 hours; had to redo before the wedding. No assistance after, and the service was unfriendly. Can't recommend this salon. Clean, but disappointing. Took photos but nowhere to share. Very let down.
