I had been seeing a dermatologist in Leesburg for over a year. The treatment they provided was ineffective. They informed me that they couldn't offer any further help for my condition, except to start me on medication. So, I began searching for another option. That's when I came across Natalia. When I learned about their journey, I discovered that they had faced similar challenges as me at one point. That's when I decided to make an appointment. Best decision ever! My skin has never looked so clear and healthy. I will never go anywhere else but to them. They are extremely personable, knowledgeable, and informative. They are the best in the business. When I booked, I asked for a French manicure and pedicure, quoted $50. Surprised when billed $60. The technician kept pushing tips and gel, which I declined. I wanted a simple French manicure for my daughter's wedding. The technician didn't listen and applied just one coat of white and top coat for $30! The pedicure followed the same subpar process. The manicure didn't even last 24 hours; had to redo before the wedding. No assistance after, and the service was unfriendly. Can't recommend this salon. Clean, but disappointing. Took photos but nowhere to share. Very let down.
