I visited for the first time and left feeling extremely dissatisfied. I went in for an acrylic fill, explicitly requesting this from Lynn throughout the session. Despite my clear instructions, she displayed a consistently negative attitude and was discourteous. I had to have my nails redone elsewhere on the same day.
AVOID THIS PLACE! The hygiene standards here are abysmal. The two individuals were incredibly impolite and lacking in patience. One of them accidentally cut my sister's toe, causing it to bleed profusely. When I requested a dip, the technician insisted that acrylic was the same, which it clearly is not. I did not desire acrylic nails, yet they ended up uneven. Moreover, my natural nails were trimmed excessively short, forcing me to opt for tips, which was met with resistance. Overall, a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The lack of cleanliness extended to the technicians' hands and tools. Exercise caution!
This was my inaugural visit, and I must say, it was delightful. I prefer when the artisan maintains a respectful distance and engages in intermittent conversation. Being somewhat reserved, this approach suited me perfectly. I regret not catching her name as I would highly recommend her services. She skillfully replicated the reference photo on my nails, and the pricing was exceptional. Other establishments in Houston tend to overcharge for a full set, but not this one. I wholeheartedly endorse them.
