I had my lashes done just 14 days ago, and most have already fallen out. I shelled out 160 bucks for them, and they didn't even last. They started dropping as soon as I got them. I would advise against it; find another place.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, and I loved the atmosphere - the establishment is spotless. However, the technician who did my lash lift didn't do a great job. Initially, the lashes looked fine, with some curl, but not as dramatic as I expected. Yet, after a few hours, the curl was practically gone, and it hadn't even been a full day since they were done. I haven't touched or wet my lashes, so I'm unsure why the curl disappeared. Additionally, some parts of the tint were missed, which I only noticed once I got home. UPDATE: I received a refund, and the staff was very helpful.
The place is impeccably clean and pleasant. The beds are cozy but become uncomfortable over time. The staff is friendly and professional. My only gripe is that the glue stings intensely, and the tape leaves marks of irritation, as shown in the image. It's not a huge inconvenience; a few eye drops can temporarily alleviate it. However, the burning sensation lasts all day, and I don't think it's worth it for me. I don't wear makeup, rub my eyes, or apply anything that would cause them to shed prematurely. By the second week, only the tips of the lashes remain. Also, the price is quite steep for the quality provided. In my view, you're paying extra for the ambiance.
