I visited the salon for three years and adored my stylist, Taylor. With my short and thick hair, it's challenging to cut, but she always did a fantastic job. When Taylor left to pursue further education, the salon assured me they had a skilled replacement. Unfortunately, the new stylist lacked confidence and skill, turning my once stunning hair into a disaster. After multiple chances, she confessed to the manager that she wasn't comfortable with short hair. This salon has high turnover and a lack of skilled staff. I do not recommend it.
