Opted for a signature hair cut, having visited for trims previously. Everything was fine until the cut. I mentioned I have curly hair that shrinks up and prefer longer lengths. She cut one side as requested but the back and left side were a disaster. Without confirming, she chopped off 9 inches on the left, way more than the 2-3 inches I wanted. I've never cried over a haircut, but losing so much unexpectedly was traumatic. Hair grows back, but the shock of such a drastic change is what drives people away. Now I resemble a mix of Lord Farquaard and long-haired Harry Styles. Dreadful.
I stumbled upon their Salon by chance. Swiftly booked an appointment. The experience was delightful. My stylist Shanee was truly exceptional. The team is so warm and supportive. Shanee shared some game-changing techniques with me. I usually wear my hair natural but needed help defining my curls, and she nailed it. I highly recommend Ultra Salon.
Recently went to Ulta for beauty products, but the experience soured due to the cashier's rude behavior, particularly Rocio. From the start, she appeared disinterested and dismissive. When I shared my experience with a friend, the cashier assisting her also displayed a negative attitude.
