Opted for a signature hair cut, having visited for trims previously. Everything was fine until the cut. I mentioned I have curly hair that shrinks up and prefer longer lengths. She cut one side as requested but the back and left side were a disaster. Without confirming, she chopped off 9 inches on the left, way more than the 2-3 inches I wanted. I've never cried over a haircut, but losing so much unexpectedly was traumatic. Hair grows back, but the shock of such a drastic change is what drives people away. Now I resemble a mix of Lord Farquaard and long-haired Harry Styles. Dreadful.

I recently visited this spa for the first time and now I'm completely sold! I scheduled another massage for myself and one for my partner before leaving. My massage session was with Riley, and it was absolutely fantastic! I often suffer from tension headaches, and Riley devoted a lot of time to working on my shoulders. It was truly one of the most incredible massages I've ever had. I highly recommend Sanctuary Spa, and I highly recommend Riley!
