I recently visited this spa for the first time and now I'm completely sold! I scheduled another massage for myself and one for my partner before leaving. My massage session was with Riley, and it was absolutely fantastic! I often suffer from tension headaches, and Riley devoted a lot of time to working on my shoulders. It was truly one of the most incredible massages I've ever had. I highly recommend Sanctuary Spa, and I highly recommend Riley! The pricing was also very reasonable!
Impressive establishment, the majority of the staff members were professional and kind except for the individual who performed my massage, Taylor. The massage therapist is the primary reason why individuals would choose to visit this place, so being impolite doesn't pay off. Taylor disregarded my requests to focus on my sore back and instead did things her own way. For $112, one should receive exactly what they came for. After returning home, my partner did a better job than the so-called professional. I would consider returning if they let go of her. Right now, I simply want a refund.
Every visit to Sanctuary Spa is always a delightful and relaxing experience. Kendall provided an exceptional facial, and Kyle ensured my fingers and toes looked fabulous! The place is very clean, and everyone pays great attention to detail. That's crucial!
