Had a great time at the Concord Mall spot. My 11-year-old child was quite anxious about getting her ears pierced for the first time, but Harper ensured she felt calm. The service was friendly, and the job done was excellent.
My son just turned seven and has been asking to get his ears pierced. Harper did a fantastic job at piercing pagoda. He made my son feel completely at ease. We are thrilled with the service. They provided us with post-care instructions and scheduled a follow-up appointment in three weeks to ensure everything heals well.
Visited to have my 3-month-old baby's ears pierced and was greeted with such kindness and understanding from the team. After a negative experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Jamie and Harper made me feel incredibly comfortable and handled my baby with utmost care. They pierced both ears simultaneously and were gentle. I highly recommend this spot for all your jewelry and piercing needs.
