I'm a certified Hair Stylist and I absolutely adore this place! It's budget-friendly and well-arranged! They consistently have the items I require! Plus, their gift bundles are perfect for the holiday season!
The employees were confrontational and presumptuous. I've visited the establishment several times to buy supplies but during my most recent visit, a new employee displayed a lack of regard for quality customer service. In all fairness, I was not the licensed professional, that role belonged to my mother who occasionally sends me to purchase her supplies. On this last occasion, she was waiting in the car due to a severe migraine, with my sleeping infant. The staff was impolite when they requested my ID, and upon realizing I was not the licensee, they treated me with disdain for being there. I brought my mother inside to complete her purchase. I won't be returning.
