Kaye was absolutely fantastic, and this was the most incredible facial I've ever experienced! She was patient, explained every step of the hydra facial, and was extremely thorough in her work! She provided great product recommendations and didn't push me to buy anything unnecessary. She was honest, and I valued that! Visiting her will become a monthly routine, and I'm eagerly anticipating my next facial! Keep up the excellent work!
I had high hopes based on the reviews, but once again, Groupon let me down! Not a professional environment at all. My technician, Sam?, was extremely impolite. I inquired about zingers, to which she replied she had no idea what that meant. I couldn't complete my teeth whitening due to sharp pains, which I know as zingers. Upon leaving, I asked how long the sensation would last, and she said she wasn't familiar with what I meant. As someone who whitens teeth regularly, I was surprised that she had never encountered this, and I mentioned that my dental hygienist friend had informed me about the sensation, but as the one performing the treatment, I expected her to know. Her response was, "If your friend is a dental hygienist, why ask me?" Perhaps because I just paid for a service, I anticipate some knowledge of the treatment, which she lacked. Never again.
Vedgee was fantastic. A few weeks ago, I visited this upscale spa in the city for a hydra facial. It cost me nearly $300 and I felt like they did very little. Barely touched or extracted anything from my face. However, Aesthetics Lounge really went the extra mile for paying customers. My face feels amazing. 💕✨🙏🏼
