Le Joli has given me hair that I'm envious of! I eagerly anticipate each hair appointment because they are incredibly skilled and genuinely care about making your hair look its best. Their quality rivals that of upscale Los Angeles salons, yet their atmosphere is fun, welcoming, and laid back. Jamie and her team are true artists and exceptional individuals.
I have never written a review before, but my experience at this salon was so genuinely terrible that I had to go to another salon two days later to have my hair fixed. The stylists were friendly, but when I asked for a 2-inch trim, she ended up cutting off closer to 4 inches and completely butchered my hair in certain areas. The haircut was so uneven and poorly done that I can't even it out without having a bob. I have no clue how a haircut and color could go so horribly wrong, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I visited Sarah and she did a fantastic job with my hair!!! It was my first time at a Luke Johnson salon and the products they used were top-notch and had a delightful scent! These products are both vegan and cruelty-free, which can be challenging to come by in salons. The salon itself is stunning and conveniently located near the highway, which is great since I commute from Albany. Seeing Sarah is definitely worth the trip!
