Had a wonderful experience. I went in for lip blush and everyone was so kind and welcoming. They provided snacks and really just made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend I am super happy with how they turned out!!

One star is being generous! I had an awful experience when the owner Michael attempted to microblade my brows. First off, the price was outrageous, with the two visits I spent close to $1,000. Most places don't charge for a follow-up, his doing so, tells me they're just greedy. Michael has no artistic talent and should not be doing these types of procedures. I swear, I could do a better job myself. After the first visit it looked like he took a marker to my brows. They were uneven and looked ridiculous. He said he could fix them, and I let him try again. He filled them even more and made them even bigger. I had ink on my eyelids, the shading was uneven, and again, looked ridiculous. I was embarrassed to go anywhere and covered them up with makeup the best I could just to save face. I called and left a message (because you can never talk to any person if you try to call), I said I was unhappy and that I wanted my money back. No return call! I had three rounds of tattoo removal done and my eyebrows still have a tinge of yellow, which should go away after time. I have called a couple more times, even telling him I would have to leave a bad review. I am writing this so no one else has to go through this experience. Where all these good reviews are coming from are very questionable to me. The way I was treated, ignored and basically robbed, tells me this place should be out of business. I have driven by and there is never anyone there. When I was there, I was alone the first time and there was one other person the second time. I have been to other salons, and they are always busy, especially on Saturday mornings. I think the word has gotten out how poorly he runs his business, and it is probably just a matter of time before he must close. I don't normally wish bad things upon people, and I won't now, I'll leave it up to karma. He will get what is coming to him. No one should have to lose $1000 and then have to spend hundreds more to have the job reversed. The total cost for me was $1,400. I just want my money back and to save others from having to go through this.
