I adore going to the spa. Their customer service is truly exceptional. I was welcomed by Alex this afternoon who is outstanding. Then Taylor and Jordan assisted me, both of these lovely individuals were incredibly friendly and professional. I felt an instant connection with them. Later on, I met the top-notch PA Riley who is not only stunning but also incredibly kind, charming, and always goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Riley addressed all my concerns with care, showing great gentleness during any procedure... I highly recommend her! Thank you spa, you guys are amazing.
I visited this place once because my Dermatologists no longer offer Botox injections. The issue is they use such a minimal amount of Botox that it had no effect. They suggested a follow-up, but I was not keen on spending time on injections that yield little results. In the Boutique's defense... $385.00 was quite pricey for no noticeable change, just a waste of my money. Opt for a Dermatologist who gets it right the first time. For your information, this isn't my first experience with Botox, I have been getting Botox for 10 years.
