Super Nails

I had to wait for 30 minutes after the salon opened for multiple technicians to arrive, resulting in a crowded waiting area with limited communication. Although my pedicure was well-executed and I appreciated the use of leg props, the wait time was disappointing. The salon's location is convenient, and they maintain reasonable prices and operating hours. However, this isn't the first time I've experienced delays due to staff arriving late, which is why I only visit this salon as a backup when my regular choice is unavailable.

This used to be my preferred nail salon, but recent experiences have left me feeling disappointed. The manager/owner here is consistently rude and disrespectful towards customers. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed them treating me and my daughter poorly, failing to respect us as paying clients. The first negative encounter involved a misunderstanding with a technician over a requested nail design, which the owner/manager handled poorly by criticizing me for correcting the employee. In the second instance, my daughter and I were turned away two hours before closing time, with the owner/manager claiming they were too busy, despite the ample time remaining. Today, during the third disappointing visit, after spending over $170 on manicures and pedicures, we were denied a simple request to have our toes painted. The owner/manager callously laughed in our faces and refused, citing that the technician had left for the day. This lack of customer service and respect is unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount at their salon. Despite their advertised hours, the salon consistently closes early, leading to customer dissatisfaction and unmet expectations. I will not be returning, recommending this salon, or investing any more of my money here. There are plenty of other nail salons that value and respect their customers.
