For nearly three years, I have been a loyal patron of this salon, and every visit has been a delight. The owners, who feel like family, consistently deliver exceptional nail and brow services, ensuring that every visit ends with stunning results. Here is just one example of the fantastic designs they have created for me.
Yesterday, I visited this salon for a nail appointment, and unfortunately, the service provided by Tiffany was subpar. Despite requesting a simple pink and white set, the outcome was disappointing - nails of varying lengths and shapes, product residue on my skin, and an overall messy appearance. Even after attempting to fix it with gel polish, the result was clumpy and unsightly. The rushed job indicated a lack of effort to ensure quality. Although Tiffany was friendly, I am deeply dissatisfied with the outcome. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
