I'm quite dismayed by the outcome of my eyebrows.. I understand they won't be identical twins, but they don't even resemble sisters. The individual working on them seemed more interested in selling me a membership than ensuring my eyebrows were well-shaped. When I asked for a correction, she overdid it, resulting in one eyebrow being too short and round, while the other is overly arched and inadequately threaded. I won't be returning as a customer and feel deeply let down. I've been a loyal patron for the past 6 years... the quality of service has significantly declined.
