I've been seeing Madison for several years now for threading and waxing services. They are incredibly skilled and ensure a comfortable and painless experience. There is a recent one-star review that was not deserved; I was in the lobby when that customer had a scheduling issue. It was not the customer's fault, but the customer handled the situation poorly and left a one-star review afterward. The front desk staff was genuinely apologetic and acted professionally. I have been going to Bel Viso since they opened over 20 years ago, and I do not trust my skin to anyone else. The aestheticians provide excellent recommendations and service. The front desk staff is always accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Bel Viso Day Spa.
