There is a recent one-star review that was not deserved; I was in the lobby when that customer had a scheduling issue. It was not the customer's fault, but the customer handled the situation poorly and left a one-star review afterward. The front desk staff was genuinely apologetic and acted professionally. I have been going to Bel Viso since they opened over 20 years ago, and I do not trust my skin to anyone else. The aestheticians provide excellent recommendations and service. The front desk staff is always accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Bel Viso Day Spa. Five Stars all day long!
Abby is an incredibly skilled and personable esthetician. I’ve been seeing her for 5 years and she consistently takes the time to personalize treatments and suggestions that suit my needs. I always anticipate my appointments with Abby.
The spa failed to create a welcoming atmosphere due to the consistently impolite receptionist. His dismissive demeanor, eye-rolling, and reluctance to address inquiries were unacceptable. Despite giving him the benefit of the doubt during my initial visit, encountering the same behavior on subsequent occasions solidified my decision to never return to this establishment.
