There is a recent one-star review that was not deserved; I was in the lobby when that customer had a scheduling issue. It was not the customer's fault, but the customer handled the situation poorly and left a one-star review afterward. The front desk staff was genuinely apologetic and acted professionally. I have been going to Bel Viso since they opened over 20 years ago, and I do not trust my skin to anyone else. The aestheticians provide excellent recommendations and service. The front desk staff is always accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Bel Viso Day Spa. Incredible at hair extensions in Chicago. I was unsure about hand-tied weft extensions, but the results are amazing. They're secure and look professional. Julia was very professional and followed COVID safety measures. Her salon was spotless and my extensions look fantastic.
