I brought my son to this location for a Mother and son day. He received a gel manicure prior to going back to college after three days(see photos below) This is what his nails look like. I came back to the nail location to see if they would At least give him a refund or a free gel manicure at a later date and they said they could only give him five dollars off because it after 7 days. Mind you I just paid $174 for both of us to have a wonderful Experience that turned out very disappointing. I would never go back to this establish again. They do not care about their customers!!
S Lounge is a great salon. I’ve been getting my nails dipped. I love it. Everyone there is so sweet and very talented. The inside feels luxurious. Their pricing is decent. I live local but a friend of mine comes all the way from the other side of Sac to get her nails done here.
I had Mia for my walk in today. I had asked for Gel X and showed her a photo of what i wished to get. she absolutely rocked my nails. her dedication to her work was unmovable. she did such an amazing job. she was so sweet and kind the entire session. she also did my toes and was very gentle and made sure that the temperatures were not too hot for me. she just got me all ready for my prom today. i cannot thank her enough and i recommend her for a good experience and great nail art. the photos i took dont do justice of how good the look in person. I'll add the photo of what i asked for so you can see what an amazing job she did.
