My experiences here are typically positive, but today was disappointing. I requested a round nail shape and received a pointy one instead. When I politely asked the technician to correct it, she appeared quite annoyed. The manicure was excessively rough on my hands, to the extent that one of my nails started bleeding. Next time, I will request a different technician.
These should not be available here. The prices are exorbitant and unreasonable. They struggle with basic designs and cannot execute simple patterns accurately. Despite showing multiple reference images, they failed to replicate any. I have never left a Nail Salon feeling more dissatisfied and irritated. Furthermore, the choice to have basketball playing while female patrons come in for nail services is perplexing. I do not wish to watch basketball during my entire visit and would never repeat this experience.
My inaugural visit here, as a traveler, was delightful. The nail salon is truly exquisite and spotless. The team members were exceptionally amiable. Maria, my nail technician, performed a superb job on my feet and provided a delightful massage to soothe my sore legs and feet. She handled my broken toe with great care. If I find myself in the area again, I will definitely return 🙂
