For years, I've frequented Blossoming Nail and consistently had an outstanding experience. Though the entire team is fantastic, Jinny, in particular, goes the extra mile to ensure my pedicures last beautifully. Not only is she highly professional, but also incredibly kind, allowing me to truly unwind (a rare luxury for me!). The salon is impeccably clean, stylish, and up-to-date. Since discovering this gem years ago, I refuse to go anywhere else. A big thank you to Jinny for exceeding expectations!
Disappointing customer service experience. I visited for a quick service only to be informed they were fully booked for the day. With just two customers present - one receiving a service and the other at the drying station - I was left puzzled and dissatisfied as to why service couldn't be accommodated. Despite the convenient location for locals, I won't be returning for another visit.
The establishment is spotless, and the equipment appears brand new. However, my rating is influenced by the service and staff interaction. The staff seemed distant and unwelcoming, rushing me and displaying irritation at my lack of appointment, despite the place being nearly empty except for one other customer. While I don't mind paying a bit extra for quality services, I can't even enjoy my pricey nails and wax due to obvious issues (refer to images).
