Despite my request for a full-body massage, she neglected to address crucial areas like my head, hands, fingers, thighs, and feet. Even after discussing my preferences based on previous experiences, the service fell short. Although I initially opted for cupping, it didn't meet my expectations, prompting a switch to hot stone therapy. Regrettably, this visit, funded by a $172 gift card, did not meet the standards I had experienced at the Fulshear location.
