I am seething with rage about my experience. Firstly, Iram's lack of warmth and engagement was disappointing. Throughout the service, she did not inquire about my preferences, which was a letdown in terms of customer care. Secondly, I specifically went in for a lash lift and tint, but the results were virtually non-existent. There was no visible difference in my lashes post-treatment. When I brought this up, she attributed it to my short lashes not being able to lift much. She should have disclosed this limitation upfront. It was evident that her primary concern was money. This $55 expenditure turned out to be a complete waste. Adding insult to injury, she attempted to charge me $65 at checkout, despite our prior agreement on Google messages for the $55 service. Fortunately, I had the messages as evidence. The message clearly stated lash lift and tint for $55. In an attempt to appease me, she offered a complimentary brow shaping service, but by that point, I was too incensed to accept. Spending from 12:20 to 2:00 for an ineffective lash lift was truly disheartening. Save your time and money by avoiding this establishment.
The establishment is lovely, but I must offer a word of caution. Prior to eyebrow tinting, ensure that a small patch test is conducted on your eyebrow to avoid any adverse reactions. I personally experienced a severe allergic reaction to the dye, necessitating a trip to the emergency room. I am still in the process of recovery. For individuals with sensitive skin, this may not be the best option despite the overall pleasant environment.
