I recently had a disappointing experience at a nail salon. The technician, Mimi, rushed through my mani-pedi, causing pain by pulling at my cuticles. The polish application was sloppy, with old polish still visible, and the overall result was unsatisfactory. When I raised my concerns, the staff member I spoke to insisted on a quick fix rather than properly addressing the issue. The customer service was subpar, and I will not be returning to this establishment.
