I recently had a disappointing experience at a nail salon. The technician, Mimi, rushed through my mani-pedi, causing pain by pulling at my cuticles. The polish application was sloppy, with old polish still visible, and the overall result was unsatisfactory. When I raised my concerns, the staff member I spoke to insisted on a quick fix rather than properly addressing the issue. The customer service was subpar, and I will not be returning to this establishment.
My usual go-to nail salon, Schibolo, did not meet expectations this time. The technician cut my skin, leading to bleeding that required bandaging at home. Within two days, my nails started peeling, with one even falling off. This experience was a letdown compared to the quality work I usually receive at this salon.
Despite paying a significant amount for a gel manicure and basic pedicure, I was dissatisfied with the results. The gel polish started chipping within two days, and the technician's unprofessionalism, including coughing without proper mask usage, made the experience uncomfortable. The rushed pedicure lacked attention to detail, and I will not be returning to this salon.
