I must say, every time I schedule an appointment with Alex, I always leave feeling like the star of the show, filled with joy and complete satisfaction 💕. Alex is a true professional, and I adore their artistic skills! They take the time to understand your preferences and recommend what suits you best. I had a terrible experience at a different salon, specifically Blissful Beauty in IG, where I was overcharged for a disastrous haircut. Alex came to the rescue, fixed my hair, and has been creating stunning acrylic nails for me. I can't express enough how much I admire their artistry! The individual who worked on my hair was pleasant, but it was evident they lacked expertise and had to seek guidance from another colleague. I had requested a root touch-up, but they only bleached half of it, resulting in a strange contrast at the top. Moreover, they skipped the strand test, causing a section of my hair to break off. I didn't notice this during the appointment; it only became apparent when I took pictures at home. The overall atmosphere wasn't welcoming, except for the lady who attended to me. The staff created a tense environment that made me want to leave quickly. In conclusion, the service didn't justify the cost. The whole experience and outcome were disappointing.
I can't believe I haven't shared this sooner, but they truly transformed my hair! I had over a foot of hair cut off, and they lightened it perfectly, just as I wanted! They even washed and styled it for me. The price was reasonable, $50 for the whole service. I will definitely return when I want to try something new with my hair. My stylist was incredibly kind and really paid attention to my requests.
