I concur with the observations that some employees there can be overly assertive! However, I am resolute and not easily swayed, so despite their insistence on buying other items I did NOT require or desire, I managed to secure a favorable deal on the Hair Brush Blow dryer that captivated me! It was precisely what I sought when I entered! I haven't utilized a straightener since then! (Apologies, Juanita, I did NOT desire that straightener or hair extensions) I also acquired the hair oil because I needed some and typically purchase BioSilk which is priced similarly. I've suggested this establishment to some relatives and they have been able to obtain refills, make returns, and exchanges without difficulty! Just ensure it's within the timeframe they specify (like any other retailer). Recently, I visited and was assisted by Veronica who is exceedingly amiable and not excessively assertive. We became engrossed in other inquiries I had and she inadvertently returned to me and my mother the empty container we sought to refill. She had provided us her contact number so as soon as I noticed, I messaged her and she responded graciously and provided my mother with the refill on the subsequent visit. I genuinely appreciated that even though Veronica erred (and we did too for not double-checking), she handled it with professionalism.

The woman was amiable but EXTREMELY pushy... they nearly coerce you into purchasing the products - that aspect tarnishes the experience there - however, I do cherish my hair extensions so that's the sole reason I can grant 3 stars, without them it would be a 1-star rating.

Michelle M approached my relative for assistance, my kind relative is a believer and always aids others. Michelle proceeded to deceive her into cosmetic services, asserting it was complimentary. Then she proceeded to demand payment. My relative assented to a $10 fee, Michelle M billed her card $100. My relative, aged 80, cannot fathom why a saleswoman steals from generous individuals. This is the despicable conduct this establishment engages in! This marks the start of my crusade, it will not conclude here!
